2022 Hyundai Venue Facelift: New model is likely to receive cosmetic changes.

Hyundai has begun testing the new Venue facelift in South Korea. Indeed, the first camouflaged test mule of the 2022 Hyundai Venue sub-4 meter SUV has been seen in the home market.

The new model is probably going to get superficial changes to outside just as inside; be that as it may, mechanics are probably going to continue as before.

2022 HYUNDAI VENUE – TUCSON-LIKE FACE

The new Hyundai Venue is probably going to get a re-planned front belt, which will have shiny new’s mark styling. Like the as of late prodded Creta facelift, the 2022 Hyundai Venue will probably going to accompany Tucson-propelled front sash.

The sub-conservative SUV is probably going to get recently planned parametric grille, which we have as of now seen on the new Tucson.

The new model will have new rectangular formed headlamp units, which will be put lower to the guard. The LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) are relied upon to resemble the new Tucson. The LED DRLs will resemble a piece of grille.

The SUV will get refreshed guards, new amalgam haggles tail-lights. The general profile and styling will stay indistinguishable from the current model.

UPDATED INTERIOR

Details about the interior changes are yet to be revealed. It is expected to receive minor changes in the form of new colour scheme and upholstery. Hyundai could also add new features that are missing in the current model.

ENGINE OPTIONS – NO CHANGE

The Venue facelift is most likely to retain the existing engine set-up comprising of a 1.2L NA petrol, a 1.0L turbocharged petrol and a 1.5L turbo-diesel. While the 1.2L NA engine produces 83bhp and 113Nm of torque, the turbo unit is good for 118bhp and 175Nm of torque. The turbo-diesel engine produces 99bhp and 240Nm of torque.

Transmission choices include a 5-speed MT with 1.2L petrol, a 6-speed MT as standard, an iMT and 7-speed DCT with 1.0L turbo-unit. Similar to the Sonet, the Venue diesel could also receive an automatic gearbox option. With 6AT, this engine should offer 113bhp and 250Nm of torque.

2022 HYUNDAI VENUE LAUNCH TIMELINE

The new Venue is probably going to be revealed in the primary quarter of 2022, while India dispatch expected in mid-2022. It will equal any semblance of the Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Vitara Brezza and the Toyota Urban Cruiser.
