13th Installment likely to be released on February 24, steps to check status: PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

The PM Kisan Scheme directs Rs 6,000 per year into the beneficiaries' bank accounts in three, four-monthly installments of Rs 2,000 each.

The 13th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi) is awaited by millions of farmers. According to a report from Zee News, the subsequent payment of Rs 2,000 is anticipated to be made on February 24. However, the release of the 13th installment of PM-KISAN has not been officially confirmed.

The PM Kisan Scheme directs Rs 6,000 per year into the beneficiaries’ bank accounts in three, four-monthly installments of Rs 2,000 each.

To be eligible for the thirteenth payment, farmers must have finished their e-KYC and have no registration issues. The government has requested that farmers who have not completed their e-KYC complete it as soon as possible to ensure that they receive the payment.

Here is a step-by-step to complete the mandatory e-KYC:

Step 1: Go to PM Kisan’s official website, which is pmkisan.gov.in.
Step 2: Click the eKYC option on the homepage’s right side.
Step 3: After entering your Aadhaar Card number and the captcha code, click on search.
Step 4: Enter the mobile phone number associated with your Aadhaar card.
Step 5: Fill in the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile number.

In order for the eKYC to work, all of your information needs to match. If not, you will need to go to the nearby Aadhar Seva Kendra.

It is essential to keep in mind that farmers will also be able to finish the e-KYC offline by going to the Common Service Center (CSC) that is closest to them. To complete their KYC verification, they will need to bring their Aadhar card with them.
