Bollywood celebrity Malaika Arora set the stage on fire at the wedding reception of celebrated Sufi singer Bismil and his wife Shifa Khan. The stunning performance by the actress was one of the highlights of their celebrations in Jaipur. The intimate event, attended by close family and friends, has since captured attention on social media. Following their wedding, the couple hosted a lavish reception in Delhi.
In one of the major highlights from the wedding reception, Malaika was seen performing to her popular song Munni Badnaam, showcasing her stunning dance moves on the stage. Dressed in a glittery golden lehenga, Malaika made a filmy entry with a veil on her face, later matching her steps with the hook lines of the song. She was welcomed by loud cheers and applause from the guests, who were impressed by her stage presence.
Besides, the actress surprised everyone by performing on another popular track Chaiyya Chaiyya, perfectly doing the hook steps in sync with the lyrics.
She also danced to songs like Baat Ban Jaye and Anarkali Disco Chali, captivating the audience with her lively dance moves and energy.
Earlier on January 6, Sufi singer Bismil shared several pictures from his wedding, showing glimpses of his big day. While Bismil’s wedding attire exuded royalty in a cream sherwani paired with matching churidar, turban, and a layered diamond and emerald necklace, Shifa Khan complimented him by choosing a deep red lehenga choli. She completed her look with a multilayered necklace, earrings, maangtika, rings and bangles.
The post also included moments showing the couple signing and thumbprinting the Nikah Nama. “Nikaah Mubarak. Brought together by Allah’s mercy, beginning a journey of Love and endless blessings. #shifa-e-Bismil,” he captioned the post.
On the work front, Malaika Arora has recently ventured into the restaurant business by opening her newest outlet Scarlett House in Mumbai. Located in the charming Pali village in Bandra, Scarlett House is a 90-year-old quaint bungalow that has been transformed into an eatery, offering a unique dining experience to customers. She is also currently seen as a judge on India’s Best Dancer vs Super Dancer: Champions ka Tashan.
