Star couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were spotted at the Gateway of India in Mumbai as they made their way to the jetty from their luxury car. Anushka kept it casual yet chic in a blue oversized shirt paired with black shorts and pink flats, accessorising her look with a black clutch. Virat sported an all-black ensemble, keeping it simple and stylish.
As the paparazzi greeted them with a cheerful “Good morning,” Virat acknowledged them with a quick hello and returned the greeting. However, Anushka chose to avoid engaging with the paps and walked ahead. In another video, Virat can be sending putting his arm around Anushka’s shoulders as they waited for their speedboat to dock. Despite the brief interaction, neither of them stopped to pose for the camera. The couple has just returned from Australia, where the Indian cricket team faced a tough 3-1 defeat in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Virat and Anushka also recently visited Premanand Govind Sharan Maharaj, bringing along their children, Vamika and Akaay. A video that surfaced on social media showed the couple greeting the Maharaj with folded hands, sitting on the floor as they listened to his teachings.
During her conversation with the Maharaj, Anushka mentioned that she listens to his spiritual talks. “Pichli baar jab hum aaye the toh mann mein kuch sawaal the, mujhe laga ke poochungi lekin jo bhi baitha tha wahan pe unn sabne kuch na kuch vaisa sawaal kar liya tha. Jab aapke pass aane ke hum baat kar rahe the, main man hi man aapse baat kar rahe the, jo bhi sawaal mere aa rahe the,” she said. Virat Kohli was also seen looking at her, with a smile on his face.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli met in 2013 during an ad shoot and kept their relationship private. They married in Italy in 2017. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Vamika, in January 2021, and a baby boy in February last year.
On the work front, Anushka has taken a break from acting since her 2018 film Zero, but she’s set to make a comeback in Chakda Xpress, a biographical film on cricket legend Jhulan Goswami, marking her return to the big screen.
