Ultraviolette Tesseract was launched earlier this week, alongside the Shockwave bike. It was launched at a competitive price of Rs 1.2 lakh and this price was only valid for the first 10,000 bookings. Now, This offer has now been extended to the first 50,000 bookings.

Ultraviolette Tesseract is the brand’s first electric scooter and it has garnered 20,000 bookings within 48 hours. The brand has now decided to extend the Introductory price offer to first 50,000 bookings. Effectively, only 30,000 bookings are pending as the brand has already received 20,000 bookings. The brand had earlier stated that post the introductory offer, It will raise the price from Rs 1.20 lakh to Rs 1.45 lakh.
This extension for the Tesseract comes shortly after we reported that Ultraviolette has extended its introductory offer on the Shockwave bike for the first 2000 bookings.Â
As for the specification, Ultraviolette hasn’t revealed the Tesseract’s battery capacity, the company claims it has a claimed IDC range of 261km and it can manage the 0-60kph sprint in 2.9s. The Tesseract is rated for 20.4hp, capable of a claimed 125kph top speed and with the fast charger it can go from 0-80 percent SOC in less than one hour.Â
The Tesseract comes with a big 7-inch touchscreen TFT display as well as a handlebar with haptic feedback. It also has front and rear dash-cams assisted by radar as well as wireless charging for your smartphone.
The Tesseract can be had in three colours – Desert Sand, Stealth Black and Sonic Pink, with a host of accessories available.
