The updated Apache RR 310 makes more power than its previous update and now produces 38hp compared to 34hp it made earlier. However, The KTM RC 390 leads this comparison with the largest engine and the highest power and torque figures. The Kawasaki Ninja 300 is the only motorcycle here with a parallel-twin engine and makes its power much higher up in the rev range in comparison. The TVS Apache RR 310 and BMW G 310 RR share the same 312cc engine, with the Apache producing more power (38hp vs. 34hp) and torque.

The TVS Apache RR 310 falls right in the middle when comparing its 174kg weight. This makes it lighter than the Kawasaki Ninja 300 at 179kg but heavier than the KTM RC 390. With a seat height of 810mm, the TVS Apache RR 310 isn’t the tallest of this bunch but also not as approachable as the Ninja 300. The Apache RR 310 has the smallest fuel tank along with the G 310 RR, while the Ninja 300 has the largest one by a considerable margin.

All bikes share a similar suspension setup except the Ninja 300 which uses a conventional telescopic fork instead of USD fork. KTM and the TVS are the only manufacturers which give compression and damping adjustability to the suspension setup in this comparison. While all motorcycles use a similar sized rear wheel in this comparison, Kawasaki’s Ninja 300 continues to use a 140 section rear wheel making it the odd ball in this comparison.
