Shahid Kapoor is gearing up for an action drama Deva which is releasing on January 31, 2025. But did you know filmmaker Subhash Ghai wanted to make this film with Amitabh Bachchan? He had also registered the title in 1980. Siddharth Roy Kapur recently revealed the details and shared how he got the title. Mid-Day mentioned that in 2023, Roy Kapur and director Rosshan Andrrews began work on their cop caper and felt Deva would be the perfect title for the film. So, Siddharth Roy Kapur called Subhash Ghai, who was happy to give up the title he had registered in 1987. The veteran filmmaker only had one condition—that they get Bachchan’s nod as well.
Urvashi Rautela hit the headlines last week after she faced flak for her comments about Saif Ali Khan’s attack. She flaunted her diamond-studded Rolex, which many found tone-deaf and insensitive. Now, in a recent interview, Urvashi explained that she was caught off guard and was unaware of the full details of the attack on Saif Ali Khan. Madhavan replied, “I am never that extreme. Aamir’s stardom allows him to be like that. Whatever he requires, he has people to pay for it. Of course, he would pay them… and it isn’t like he doesn’t pay for it. I think my personality doesn’t allow me to walk around with an entourage. I prefer walking alone. I want that freedom, and the ability to interact with people.”
