Sitara Ghattamaneni, the daughter of Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar, has proven herself to be a fashionista at a young age. Be it festivals or photoshoots, Sitara has shown her distinctive sense of style time and again. Recently, she shared pictures from her latest shoot in a gorgeous ivory lehenga.
The young star kid wore a stunning ivory outfit from the collection of designer Varun Chakkilam and jewellery from the shelves of PMJ Jewels. The outfit featured an intricate floral embroidered skirt, a structured blouse, and a dupatta. The accessories, on the other hand, were set with green stones and pearls to give a contrast.
Earlier this year, Sitara wore a colourful ethnic outfit on Makar Sankranti. Her OOTD featured a brilliant pink lehenga from Makuta Designer Studio’s collection. The pink cropped blouse was embellished with elaborate embroidery, and the flared lehenga in the same hue featured pleated accents that added movement and grace. Sitara wore a matching dupatta over her shoulder, adding to the traditional look.
Sitara Ghattamaneni has a large social media following and reportedly plans to follow in her father’s footsteps as an actor. She shares a very close relationship with her father, and last year in an interview opened up about the same.
She told iDream Media, “Half the time I bunk school is because of my dad. On days he doesn’t have work…I don’t know how he does it; he persuades my mother (Namrata Shirodkar) to let me not go to school. It’s great and lovely, we have fun together. I watch all his films in theatres, I recently watched Murari when it was re-released. Honestly, everyone thinks of my dad as a hero. I feel that way when I watch his films. But at home, he’s just my dad.”
Sitara was reportedly the first Indian starkid to be displayed in New York’s Times Square, after she endorsed a jewellery brand based in Hyderabad. She rose to prominence for her performance in the song Penny from Mahesh Babu’s 2022 film Sarkaru Vaari Paata, as well as for lending her voice to the character of Baby Elsa in the Telugu-dubbed version of Disney’s Frozen 2.
