Shreyas lent his voice to Allu Arjun’s iconic character Pushpa Raj in the Hindi versions of Pushpa: The Rise and the recently released sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule. The actor’s energetic dubbing and modulation perfectly captured Arjun’s rugged and cunning character, and the dialogue “Pushpa naam sunken flower samjha kya? Fire hai main” became a nationwide sensation. Shreyas received widespread acclaim for his flawless dubbing skills.
Directed by Sukumar, the second instalment of the Pushpa series was released on December 5, 2024, and it has grossed over Rs 1700 crores worldwide.

- Iqbal: Shreyas got his big break in Bollywood with Iqbal, a critically acclaimed film directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. The 2005 sports drama was also his Bollywood debut film. - Apna Sapna Money Money: Known for his unmatched comic timing, Shreyas was seen in the film Apna Sapna Money Money, which was released in 2006. He starred alongside an ensemble cast in the comedy-drama, which revolved around several characters who were in a race to become rich.
- Om Shanti Om: Although a supporting role, Shreyas’ character, Pappu Master, who is the best friend of Shah Rukh Khan’s character in Om Shanti Om, was one of his remarkable performances. Directed by Farah Khan, the reincarnation film became one of the highest-grossing films in 2007.
- Golmaal Returns: Shreyas joined the ensemble cast of the Golmaal franchise in its second instalment, Golmaal Returns. His character, Laxman, immediately became one of the most beloved. His impeccable comedic timing and quirky mannerisms left audiences in stitches.
- Housefull 2: Shreyas Talpade played the character of Jai in the second instalment of the Akshay Kumar-starrer Housefull film franchise.
