Salim Khan shares his reaction for Sikandar
Salman Khan starrer Sikandar is all set to release on March 30. The action drama is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year. Well, ahead of the release, the makers dropped a special video in which we can see Aamir Khan and Salman Khan getting into a conversation about the film. In the same video, Salim Khan showered praise on his son’s upcoming action film Sikandar, calling it the best. The Bollywood legend also shared valuable advice for the film’s cast and crew.
Aamir Khan asked Salim Khan to share his advice for everyone as the film is going to release. Salim Khan then said, “Dekhe koi bhi kaam kare aap, koi bhi ek nervousness shuru shuru mein hoti hai. Usmein yeh nai hai ki sirf mujhe hi ho rahe hai. It’s a human tendency. Vo toh hai, Aur agar yeh soch ke chaloge ki sab ko hoti hai, hume bhi ho raha hai. M not alone.”
Asking about his reaction for Sikandar, he said, “Best. Dekh ke lag raha hai iske baad kya hoga, iske baad kya hoga, ab kya karte hai.”

Recently, during the film’s trailer launch event, Salman expressed his gratitude to all fans and admirers for showering love on his films. Also, he playfully added that the audience always helps his films cross Rs 100 crore, whether it’s good or bad.
Salman said, “Eid, Diwali, New Year, festive, non-festive, it’s the love of the people and picture achi ho ya buri ho, wo sau [Rs 100 crore] toh paar kara hi dete hain (laughs).” He immediately corrected himself and said that the number was Rs 200 crore. “Rs 100 crore bohot pehle ki baat hain (Rs 100 crore is a thing of the past),” he added.
Meanwhile, Salman’s last big release was Tiger 3, which arrived on the occasion of Diwali 2023 and received lukewarm responses from audiences. The film reportedly minted around Rs 286 crore Nett in India with a budget of a whopping Rs 300 crore.
Apart from this, his last Eid release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, in 2023, failed to enter the Rs 200 crore club and minted around Rs 180 crore Nett worldwide. Therefore, it would be interesting to see how Sikandar performs at the box office.
The film also features Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi and Sathyaraj in the lead roles.
