A Delhi-based artist named Abhay Sehgal has revealed that Ranbir Kapoor was so impressed with his art that the actor called him to his office. Recently, Abhay took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture with the Bollywood superstar. In the photo, Ranbir looks simple yet dashing as always in a white vest with a matching cap.
In the caption of his post, Abhay talked about his conversation with the Brahmastra actor and revealed how Ranbir praised his work. “Grew up watching Ranbir kapoor’s movies and today he called me over to his office , had coffee and all he said was that my art is so good and he wants to purchase something. At first I thought it was a scam 😂 but then the moment he came in-front of me I felt damn I thought something like this would come to me when I become a big shot. I saw it coming but honestly when I was in 30’s or late 30’s. I am still surprised that f*** this guy knows me for my craft!! Ticked something of the bucket list today ✅,” he wrote and then revealed that Ranbir has also ordered some custom pieces from him. Check it out here:
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir Kapoor has been shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, which also stars Sai Pallavi in the lead. He also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in his pipeline.
Previously, in an exclusive interview with Showsha, Alia talked about the film and her reunion with Ranbir when she said, “I, as an audience, am more excited to see him [Bhansali] and Ranbir collaborate, again, after so many years. I am like, ‘wow, what’s that going to be like?” Talking about reuniting with Vicky Kaushal, Alia added, “Vicky and I coming together again; Ranbir and Vicky created magic with Sanju. So, it is a lot of combinations.”
Other than this, Ranbir will soon also begin shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra Part 2.
