In an interview with Vogue India, Katrina was asked how important fitness is when it comes to self-care, when the actress shared, “I feel better about myself physically and mentally when I’m fit, doing my yoga and cardio. No one but I can make myself feel better, except for my husband sometimes.”
“He gives me a lot of love and appreciation. I think that’s an important aspect of learning – to accept or understand unconditional love,” Katrina added.

Recently, Vicky Kaushal also opened up about how Katrina supported him while he was shooting for Chhaava. The actor mentioned that he needed emotional space while working on the Laxman Utekar directorial and added that Katrina helped him by understanding the same.
“There were intense scenes, sometimes there were action scenes. So, once you are home after 12 hours of shooting, you just fall on the bed. Whatever time was there for personal life, it was little. Katrina being from the same industry, she understands that when intense parts like these are there, then some space is required. So, she was very kind, sweet and patient. I don’t bring the characters home but I used to get a bit quiet because the mind is in that zone, it keeps on going what I did today and what I will do tomorrow. Otherwise, there was not much difference. Everything was pretty normal,” Vicky said.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Katrina Kaif will soon be seen in Jee Le Zaara with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra. However, there is no update on the film’s shoot schedule as of now.
