Justin Bieber talks about his anger issues.

Justin Bieber just treated fans to a sneak peek of his upcoming album in the most chill way possible! The popular singer dropped a behind-the-scenes clip on Instagram, jamming out on the keys with a crew of insanely talented musicians. Joining him were singer-songwriter Jensen McRae, pastor Judah Smith, Josh Mehl, DJ Tay James, and producer Camper, among others.

In his caption, Bieber got real with fans, reflecting on the pressure to constantly please others and how it’s drained him over time. He admitted that in trying to meet expectations, he’s sometimes lost himself in the process. “I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic,” he admitted. “Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people,” the Peaches singer captioned the three-minute clip.

Justin Bieber is getting real with his fans, and it’s refreshing to see. Lately, he’s been sharing more of his struggles, showing that even celebrities have their ups and downs. Earlier, he admitted he’s working on his anger, saying, “I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh.”

Bieber’s post came with three photos—a moody shot of him hiding under a hoodie, a nostalgic throwback from his childhood, and a sweet picture of his newborn, Jack Blues. Fans are now buzzing with speculation that his upcoming album could be his most personal yet—one that reflects his past struggles, complicated relationships, and the new chapter of fatherhood.

On March 16, Justin Bieber opened up about his journey of letting go of hate in an Instagram Story. He shared, “I WAS ALWAYS TOLD WHEN I WAS A KID NOT TO HATE … BUT IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASN’T ALLOWED TO HAVE IT AND SO I DIDN’T TELL ANYONE I’VE HAD IT.” This heartfelt confession came just days after another vulnerable post on March 13, where he admitted to feeling “unequipped and unqualified most days.”
