Jennifer Aniston has been following Barack and Michelle Obama on Instagram for years, and the Friends star has ‘liked’ nearly all of their romantic posts celebrating each other. Most recently, Aniston hit the like button on Barack Obama’s 32nd wedding anniversary post dedicated to Michelle Obama. She also liked Michelle’s heartfelt post for Barack, shared on October 23, 2024.
Barack’s anniversary post featured a sweet photo of the couple hugging at a museum in New York. “I couldn’t have asked for a better partner and friend to go through life with,” he captioned the image. Michelle shared the same picture on her account, writing, “32 action-packed years with my honey! Through it all, thank you for always having my back, being by my side, and finding ways to make me smile. I love you, @BarackObama.”

Jennifer Aniston has long been an admirer of the Obamas and was an outspoken supporter of Barack’s presidential campaign back in 2007. She even attended a high-profile Hollywood fundraiser organised by influential figures such as Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg in support of his candidacy.
However, late last year, Aniston, 55, was at the centre of unexpected rumours linking her to former US President Barack Obama, 63. A sensational front-page story by In Touch Weekly magazine claimed to reveal “the truth about Jen & Barack,” sparking widespread chatter.
Aniston wasted no time addressing the speculation during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in October 2024. She candidly shared, “Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you’re just like ‘Oh, no, what’s it gonna be?’ or you get an email saying some cheesy tabloid is gonna make up a story—and then it’s that.”
She continued, “I was not mad at it,” before firmly stating, “It’s absolutely untrue.” When Kimmel probed further, Aniston clarified, “I’ve met him [Obama] once. I know Michelle more than him.” The host jokingly asked, “Is there a truth about you and Michelle?” to which Aniston responded with a smile, “That is not true.”
