Hrithik Roshan celebrated 25 years in Bollywood with an emotional speech reflecting on his journey. He thanked his fans, critics and the media for shaping him into the person he is today. Speaking about the ups and downs, he shared how they made him more responsible, accountable, and self-aware.

Marking this milestone, Hrithik looked back at his debut in Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai (2000), which catapulted him to stardom overnight. Known for his impeccable dancing and acting skills, Hrithik became an instant sensation, earning love from millions of fans worldwide. Reflecting on his 25-year journey, he credited his fans for being a vital part of his growth.

Speaking of the media, he said, “Sometimes, you made me feel responsible. Sometimes, you made me feel accountable. Guys, not good for a shy guy! Through all of that, you made me more responsible, more accountable, and helped me search inside myself as to what kind of human I want to be in this world. And apart from that, it is your words, through your words, that people understood me. You know, it is you speaking to them, telling them how to see me, and how to understand me. It is your perceptions that you shared with the world that taught them how to see me. Thank you for that. Thank you for making me, contributing so much to my journey.”

Hrithik Roshan made his Bollywood debut in 2000 with the hit Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, directed by his father Rakesh Roshan. His performance as Rohit/Raj quickly made him a star, earning him several awards. Over the years, Hrithik became known for his versatility, starring in films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), Lakshya (2004), Jodhaa Akbar (2008), and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011). He’s also famous for his dance moves and action-packed roles in films like Dhoom 2 (2006) and War (2019).

His latest film, Fighter (2024), directed by Siddharth Anand, features Hrithik in a military role, alongside Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor.
