Gujarat cuts VAT on CNG, PNG by 10 percent

Gujarat cuts VAT on CNG, PNG in front of the state Assembly elections scheduled to be held by end of 2022.

The Gujarat government has diminished reduced value-added tax (VAT) on Compressed Natural gas (CNG) and Piped natural gas (PNG) by 10%. The declaration was made by state minister Jitu Vaghani. This comes in front of the forthcoming state Assembly elections scheduled to be held by end of 2022.
