Every compact car and SUV with 10 inch or bigger touchscreen, Tata Nexon XUV 3XO and more -DellyRanks

Tata dominates the list with five cars, followed by two each from Kia and Citroen.

Most mass-market car companies are now offering touchscreens of 10 inches or more, with 10.25-inch displays being the most common. We have compiled a list of 13 compact cars (under 4m) from carmakers like Tata, Mahindra, and Hyundai which feature large infotainment displays along with their price range. Keep reading to find out more about these infotainment units.

1. Citroen C3: 10.25-inch touchscreen

Feel onwards; Rs 7.47 lakh-10.27 lakh

Excluding the entry-level Live trim, the rest of the Citroen C3 variants get a 10.25-inch touchscreen, the same as the bigger Basalt and Aircross SUVs. The unit is paired to four speakers and gets Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (both wireless) and Bluetooth connectivity. The most affordable Citroen car (also the most affordable car on this list) is offered with two petrol engine options – 82hp-1.2-litre and 110hp-1.2-litre turbo – that can be paired with a manual or automatic transmission.

2. MG Comet: 10.25-inch touchscreen

Excite onwards; Rs 8.20 lakh-9.83 lakh

MG Comet EV interior

MG Comet is the most affordable electric vehicle on this list to feature a 10.25-inch touchscreen for infotainment. The same gets wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay right from the mid-spec Excite variant, while the MG EV’s MY2025 update added four speakers in the top-spec Exclusive trim for an improved sound experience. In our Comet long-term review, we noted issues with the touchscreen freezing or shutting down. The Comet is run by a 42hp-motor which sources juice from a 17.3kWh battery and has a claimed range of 230km (ARAI).

3. Tata Punch: 10.25-inch touchscreen

Accomplished + onwards; Rs 8.42 lakh-10.32 lakh

Tata Punch interior

In September 2024, Tata Motors introduced a 10.25-inch display (previously 7-inch) in the Punch from the mid-spec Accomplished + and variants above. The Indian brand went all in, giving its SUV with the larger unit with wireless Android and Apple smartphone connectivity, instead of saving it for the Punch facelift, which is likely to launch sometime later in 2025. Tata’s smallest SUV shares its 88hp-1.2-litre petrol engine and 73.5hp-CNG option with the Altroz; gets a choice of manual and auto gearboxes.

4. Kia Syros: 12.3-inch touchscreen

All variants; Rs 8.99 lakh-17.80 lakh

Kia Syros

Unlike most cars here with a minimum 10-inch display size, the Kia Syros has a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen, and it is available from the range-starting HTK variant onwards. Wireless smartphone connectivity and Bluetooth are standard as well in the sub-compact SUV. Notably, the Syros’ touchscreen is even larger than the Seltos (10.25-inch) but that will likely be addressed with the compact SUV’s next-generation. The petrol Syros gets a 120hp-1.0-litre turbo engine, while the diesel Syros packs in a 116hp-1.5-litre mill. A manual and two automatic transmissions are on offer.

5. Tata Altroz: 10.25-inch touchscreen

XZ LUX onwards, Rs 9 lakh-11.30 lakh

Tata Altroz interior

A 10.25-inch touchscreen display with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is offered from the higher-spec Altroz XZ Lux variant onwards. For reference, the Maruti Baleno, its direct rival, settles for a 9-inch unit. The Altroz Racer borrows the same 10.25-inch infotainment unit, however, it has the display on offer as a standard feature. During our test, the display performed seamlessly; even the output from the speakers and 360-degree camera view were top-notch. The Altroz gets a 1.2-litre engine (88hp-petrol and 73.5hp-CNG) and a 90hp-1.5-litre diesel. Manual and dual-clutch automatic gearbox options are available.

6. Mahindra XUV 3XO: 10.25-inch touchscreen

MX2 onwards, Rs 9.39 lakh-15.57 lakh

Mahindra XUV 3XO interior

Save for the MX1 base variant, the XUV 3XO offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen in all other variants. In addition to wireless smartphone mirroring, Mahindra also added eSim-based connected car tech which offers remote ignition and cooling, remote vehicle updates and more. The 360-degree camera system has a good resolution but we did noticed some lag in the 3XO’s touchscreen during our 3XO review. 3XO has 117hp-1.5 diesel, 111hp-1.2-litre turbo-petrol and 131hp-1.2-litre direct injection turbo-petrol engine options. Over the standard MT, AT and AMT options are available.

7. Tata Nexon: 10.25-inch touchscreen

Pure + onwards; Rs 9.70 lakh-15.60 lakh

Tata Nexon interior

Since a feature rejig in January 2025, the Tata Nexon is offered with a 10.25-inch touchscreen from the Pure + trim (above the Smart base model) to the top-end. Prior to that, the Nexon had the wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay-enabled display on offer only from the higher-spec Creative + trim onwards. The Tata SUV can be had with a 120hp-1.2-litre turbo-petrol, 100hp-turbo CNG or a 115hp-1.5-litre diesel engine; offered with MT, AMT and DCT.

8. Hyundai i20: 10.25-inch touchscreen

Asta(O) onwards; Rs 10 lakh-12.56 lakh

Hyundai i20 interior

Exclusive to the top-spec Asta(O) trim, the Hyundai i20 gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The same is true for the i20 N Line as the centrally-mounted infotainment display is available only on the range-topping N8 trim. The premium hatchback’s 1.2-litre petrol mill makes 83hp (with MT) and 88hp (with CVT). With the i20 N Line, a 120hp-1.0-litre turbo petrol engine is offered; can be mated to MT or DCT.

9. Skoda Kylaq: 10-inch touchscreen

Signature + onwards; Rs 11.40 lakh-14.40 lakh

Skoda Kylaq interior

Just like its Kushaq and Slavia stablemates, the Skoda Kylaq offers a 10-inch touchscreen (which is the smallest here). Both wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are on offer but the sound quality of the speakers can be improved. The Czech car brand has updated the OS of the display, including a new coloured theme, which it offers from the mid-spec Signature + variant onwards. Kylaq is solely offered with a 115hp-1-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with either a manual or an automatic gearbox.

10. Kia Sonet: 10.25-inch touchscreen

HTX onwards; Rs 11.83 lakh-15.60 lakh

Kia Sonet interior

Out of the eight Kia Sonet variants, only the range-topping X-Line variant and the GTX+ just below it are equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wired Android and Apple smartphone connectivity. The display, which runs on similar operating software to the Carens, also offers a vast array of connected features. Interestingly, other Sonet variants (excluding HTE and HTE(O)) come equipped with a smaller 8-inch touchscreen but get wireless smartphone mirroring. Sonet is sold with 83hp-1.2-litre petrol, 120hp-1.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 115hp-1.5-litre diesel mills with multiple gearbox options.

11. Tata Punch EV: 10.25-inch touchscreen

Empowered onwards; Rs 12.64 lakh-14.44 lakh

Tata Punch EV interior

Range-topping Punch EV Empowered trims, including the Empowered LR, S and S LR, come equipped with a 10.25-inch Harman infotainment system offering wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Tata has also added features like blind spot monitoring and AQI info to the display, in addition to Arcade.ev app suite with a host of entertainment apps. The Punch EV offers two battery options: a 25kWh unit with an 81hp motor (265km range) and a 35kWh pack with a 122hp motor (365km range).

12. Citroen eC3: 10.25-inch touchscreen

All variants; Rs 12.76 lakh-13.53 lakh

Citroen eC3 interior

After the Syros, the Citroen eC3 is the only four-wheeler on this list which offers a touchscreen as standard, though it is smaller at 10.25 inches and has wireless smartphone mirroring. Citroen has removed the non-touchscreen-equipped Live variant listing from its website, which currently displays prices of the Feel and Shine models. That also explains the eC3’s higher starting price than the Punch EV, it’s direct rival. Its 29.2kWh battery powers a 57hp-motor and has a 246km range on the MIDC cycle.

13. Tata Nexon EV: 10.3-inch to 12.3inch touchscreens

10.3-inch Fearless MR onwards; Rs 13.29 lakh-15.99 lakh

Tata Nexon EV interior

12.3-inch Empowered + onwards; Rs 16.99 lakh-17.19 lakh

Tata Nexon EV 45 interior

Select 30kWh Tata Nexon EV medium range variants are available with a Harman-sourced 10.25-inch touchscreen, while a few 45kWh long range variants boast a larger 12.3-inch display. With the Nexon EV LR, Arcade.ev app suite is reserved for the range-topping Empowered + variants, while the medium range version gets it from the mid-spec Fearless + trim. Both screens are larger than the come with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, and OTA updates. Compared to the previous models, the user interface has been tremendously improved by Tata. Respective motor power and range figures for the 30kWh and 45kWh Nexon models are 129hp, 325km and 145hp, 465km.
