Closing out its series of videos for each class, Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo 2: Resurrected has released one more showcasing the Assassin. Added in the Lord of Destruction expansion, the Assassin is skilled in Shadow powers, Martial Arts and Traps while being able to dual-wield claws. Check it out below.
Blade Fury sees the Assassin throwing several blades at her foes; Phoenix Strike is capable of dealing elemental damage; and Cobra Strike allows for Lifesteal and Manasteal when at three charges.
Cloak of Shadows will affect the player’s defense (and that of their enemies) while various mines and Sentries can be deployed, the latter firing on enemies automatically.
The Assassin is definitely one of the more intriguing classes in the game, satisfying the urge for damage in unique ways. She joins the likes of the Paladin, Barbarian, Sorceress, Druid, Amazon and Necromancer as the game’s main classes. Diablo 2: Resurrected is out on September 23rd for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
