The ‘Amazon Xperience Arena’ took place at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi and gave media, influencers and customers a chance to experience their favourite brands and products while participating in fun engagements. Amazon India today announced the commencement of their on-ground engagement with the ‘Amazon Xperience Arena’ in Delhi NCR, as part of its festive celebration.

The ‘Amazon Xperience Arena’ moves to Jaipur on 12th October 2023 with the subsequent editions in Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. The ‘Amazon Xperience Arena’ curated in the form of life-size boxes is set to become the city’s attraction for a day!

The brand also announced Delhi as one of the top-performing cities for Amazon Fashion and Beauty.   • 1 in 2 customers shopping on Amazon.in are Gen Z and from North of India
  • Customers in Delhi show a strong inclination towards premium products such as premium sarees on the newly launched ‘Saree Store’

According to a recent study conducted by Nielsen Media** commissioned by Amazon India, consumers across India are bullish, excited and more eager-than-ever to shop online during this festive season. Amazon.in emerged as the most trusted and loved online shopping destination. 81% of consumers intend to shop online during this festive season; 1 in 2 consumers are willing to increase their spending this festive period compared to last year; over 75% of consumers trust e-commerce platforms to offer genuine products and find it most convenient for festive shopping. 68% of consumers find that Amazon.in offers them the convenience to shop online and it is the top-most trusted and loved online destination for festive shopping; 75% of consumers find the widest range and selection of products and brands on Amazon.in. Amazon.in is the most preferred online brand for consumers across India to shop for Large Appliances (51%), Mobiles/Smartphones (44%), Consumer Electronics (43%), Grocery items (41%), Home and Kitchen (40%), Apparels, Footwear & Fashion Accessories (38%), and Beauty (35%). Consumers plan to spend across a wide range of categories during this festive period, from high-value items to daily essentials; 75% are interested in buying electronic gadgets and products (smartphones, TVs, refrigerators, ACs), luxury and authentic beauty brands, home furnishing/improvement items and consumables, online.
