Congratulations are in order as Sana Khan and her husband Mufti Anas Saiyad have welcomed their second child! The former actress took to her social media to share a heartwarming video, announcing the birth of her baby boy. In July 2023, the couple had welcomed their first child, son Tariq Jamil.
On Monday, Sana Khan took to her Instagram account to share the delightful news of her second son’s birth. She shared an adorable video clip, which mentioned that Sana and Anas Saiyad welcomed their little prince on 5th January, 2025. “We are overjoyed to share the beautiful news of the arrival of our little prince! Alhamdulillah for everything we have. Alhamdulillah for everything we had. It’s a Boy! Overflowing with joy, Big brother Tariq Jamil welcomes his baby brother! Born on 5th January 2025,” read the announcement post.
Sharing the video clip, Sana Khan expressed her happiness in the caption. She wrote, “Allah Taala Ne Har Chiz Mukaddar Me Likhe Hai Waqt Aane Par Allah Usko Atta Karta He Aur Jab Atta Karta He To Jholiya Khushiyon Se Bhar Deta Hai. Happy Parents #sanakhan #anassaiyad #saiyadtariqjamil.” Soon after she shared the post, congratulatory messages started pouring in.
Arbaaz Khan’s wife Sshrua Khan wrote, “Alhamdulillah,” along with a heart emoji. Meanwhile, many others congratulated Sana and Anas Saiyad, and showered their love and blessings on the newborn baby.
Sana Khan and Mufti Anas Saiyad tied the knot on 21st November 2020 in Surat. They welcomed their first child, Saiyad Tariq Jamil, on 5th July 2023. Sana Khan rose to fame with her stint in Bigg Boss 6, which aired on television in 2012. She was the second runner-up on the show. She was a part of several films such as Halla Bol, Jai Ho, Wajah Tum Ho, among others. Meanwhile, she was also seen in several reality shows apart from Bigg Boss 6, such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, Fear Factor: Khatrin Ke Khiladi 6, among others.
In October 2020, she announced her decision to step away from the entertainment industry. In a lengthy note shared on Instagram, she said that she was quitting showbiz, and would ‘serve humanity and follow the order of her Creator’.
