Bollywood actress Alaya F never fails to turn heads with her fitness diaries, regularly indulging in exercises and a disciplined lifestyle. With the weekend right here, it seems like the Freddy star is still in no mood to ditch her pilates session as she was all attendance at the gym on Saturday morning.
The actress was papped outside her gym, looking cheerful and energetic as she stepped out of her car. In a video shared by Instant Bollywood, Alaya was instantly surrounded by the paparazzi who greeted her and requested pictures. In a brief year yet fun interaction, Alaya greeted the paps and humbly posed for them before heading inside.
For her Saturday gym session, the actress chose an all-black ensemble including black tights and a black crop top. Keeping it comfy, she paired her outfit with white socks and slippers. Not to miss Alaya’s toned washboard abs that accentuated her personality, making her look more youthful and radiant. The video also caught the actress’ attention, who could not help leaving laughing emojis in the comment section.
She also shared an inside video from her intense pilates session, showing her performing a few exercises. “AF is doing some atrangi things in Pilates also now,” she hilariously added.

Daughter of veteran actress Pooja Bedi and businessman Farhan Furniturewala, Alaya made her acting debut in Bollywood with 2020’s Jawaani Jaaneman alongside Saif Ali Khan. She later featured in films like Freddy, Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and Srikanth.
The actress might be soon joining an upcoming drama series from Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Renowned filmmaker Reema Maya, known for her work in Counterfeit Kunkoo and Nocturnal Burger, will reportedly direct Alaya alongside Shanaya Kapoor in the new series, as reported by Bollywood Hungama.
