According to hawk-eyed Redditors, Abhishek liked the post because it included inputs from Dr. Zirak Marker, a close friend of Aishwarya Rai. Dr. Zirak has been a longtime friend of the actress and even appeared with her on the show Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai” with Farooq Sheikh, many years ago.
